In this episode of Finding Hope After Loss, Jon Paul Crimi joins us to discuss breathwork, emotional healing, grief, and the powerful connection between the mind and body. Jon shares how discovering circular breathing transformed his own life and led him to help others release emotions, process trauma, and reconnect with themselves in ways traditional mindset work often cannot reach.
We explore how grief, infertility, stress, and unresolved emotional experiences can become stored in the body and nervous system, and how breathwork may help create space for healing. Jon also discusses generational trauma, emotional release, and why many people discover that the work they thought they had already done mentally still exists within the body.
Throughout the conversation, we talk about how breathwork can support those navigating infertility and loss, the importance of feeling emotions rather than suppressing them, and why healing often requires giving ourselves permission to experience what we have been holding inside.
This episode is for anyone navigating grief, infertility, pregnancy loss, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or looking for new ways to support their healing journey.

About Jon Paul Crimi
Jon Paul Crimi transformed his life after overcoming alcoholism, addiction, and years of personal struggle. What began as his own path to healing became a mission to help others break free from stress, trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain through the power of Breathwork.
Originally from Boston, Jon Paul moved to Los Angeles in his early 20s, where he became a sought-after sober coach and Breathwork teacher for A-list celebrities, executives, and elite athletes. Through his close friendship with Matthew Perry, his connection to recovery and healing work deepened even further.
Jon Paul has led workshops, corporate retreats, private coaching, and teacher trainings around the world. He pioneered online Breathwork long before it became mainstream, facilitated a 900-person Breathwork event in Switzerland, and has led Breathwork sessions at Tony Robbins events. His simple, no-nonsense approach strips away the “new-age fluff,” making Breathwork accessible, practical, and deeply transformational. First-time participants often describe the experience as “twenty years of therapy without saying a word.”
Today, Jon Paul lives in Bend with his wife and two children, continuing his mission to bring Breathwork to people seeking real and lasting change.
