Finding Hope After Loss Podcast

Episode 134: Infertility, IVF Abroad, and Embryo Adoption

Sara and Brady Hand discuss their journey with infertility and pregnancy loss. Their story began with male-factor infertility and quickly became more complex after Sara was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve.

Their first round of IVF resulted in only one viable embryo, which led to a miscarriage. They continued to search for answers—including traveling to Barbados for a second IVF attempt, which produced no viable embryos.

Eventually, they turned to embryo adoption and were able to get pregnant with the first donor embryo transfer. They are sharing their story to bring hope and encouragement to others navigating infertility.
